KEVIN M. EPPINGER

Kevin concentrates his practice on commercial law, franchise matters and consumer protection. Kevin has experience litigating cases involving breach of contract, fraud, trademark infringement, the enforcement of restrictive covenants as well as general business disputes and consumer protection laws under both state and federal law. Kevin has handled a wide range of commercial litigation topics including class action lawsuits and complex insurance matters. Kevin has also served as a mediator in small claims litigation.

Prior to joining Marks & Klein, LLP, Kevin was law clerk to the Honorable Jamie S. Perri, Presiding Judge of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Monmouth County. Previously, Kevin was a judicial intern for the Honorable Mark Falk, Magistrate Judge, United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Kevin received his law degree from Seton Hall School of Law, where he was a member of the Seton Hall Legislative Journal and also participated in the Juvenile Justice Clinic. In addition to his Juris Doctor, Kevin holds a Masters of Secondary Education from Rutgers University. Prior to attending law school, Kevin earned his Bachelor’s degree from Rutgers College where he majored in history, and minored in Economics and was also a member of Phi Beta Kappa.

Kevin is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and New York and handles matters throughout the United States and internationally.
