Ross earned his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, where he was an editor of the Brooklyn Law Review. While a member of the Brooklyn Law Review, he published a case comment entitled: An Attempt to Pick up the Fallen Bricks of the Wall Separating Church and State After Santa Fe v. Doe, 67 Brook. L. Rev. 1291 (2002). In addition, Ross was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society and was awarded the Best Brief award in a National Constitutional Law competition.
Ross focuses his practice on franchise litigation, commercial litigation and business law. Ross has successfully litigated, mediated and settled matters on behalf of franchisees and small business owners throughout the country. Prior to joining the firm, Ross was an Associate of a New York law firm where he handled commercial litigation, construction litigation and all aspects of real estate matters. Ross is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey, and before the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, District of New Jersey and District of Colorado. He is a member of the American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association and the organization’s Business and Law Section and Commercial and Federal Litigation Sections. He is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association and the organization’s Franchise Law Committee. As a member of the American Bar Association, he was selected to serve as a judge in the American Bar Association National Appellate Advocacy Competition Regional Rounds in Washington, DC and New York.
