Mr. Tambaro is licensed to practice law in New Jersey and New York and has a breadth of experience in a wide range of commercial litigation matters
pertaining to real estate development, corporate, insurance and
transactional disputes venued in federal and state court and arbitration.
He has represented clients in the prosecution and defense of consumer fraud
claims in a variety of factual contexts brought pursuant to the New Jersey
Consumer Fraud Act, the Home Improvement Contractor Registration Act and the
regulations promulgated thereunder. He has also represented clients in the
prosecution and defense of claims brought pursuant to the Conscientious
Employee Protection Act (CEPA) and various other New Jersey employment law
statutes. Louis is a tenacious advocate and couples his persistence with
sound discretion in advising and counseling his clients.
Prior to joining Marks & Klein, Mr. Tambaro was an associate in the commercial litigation department of Giordano Halleran & Ciesla, P.C. Upon graduating Fordham University School of Law, and prior to beginning his practice, Mr. Tambaro was the law clerk to Honorable Louis F. Locascio, J.S.C., Superior Court of New Jersey, Monmouth County. Other professional experience includes an in-house legal position with Royal Alliance Associates, Inc., one of the largest independent broker dealers in the United States, and an internship with the Corporation Counsel of the City of New York.
